Both MBB and WBB han't been allowed to fill their 4th assistant after coaches left this year (Service Academies get 4 while all other D1A get 3, so we're actually status quo with the rest of the NCAA).
Also asking olympic sports to cut back on national scheduling. Replacing West Coast flights with East Coast bus rides. That'll hurt recruiting to some degree.
But it does make a point of the fact NAAA is trying to as completely as possible sever from government money. Not asking for a dime more from uncle sam to fix this.
