Kodiak, a Reichel Pugh 66, was second to the line and first overall on corrected time in a fleet of 64 boats competing in the biannual regatta that covers the 363 nautical miles. The race was cancelled in 2021 due to COVID concerns, so Navy has captured consecutive race wins as Zaraffa, another RP66, won the regatta in 2019 as well.
