first -- Hat tip to Sandy. My pulse always quickened a bit when I would log on and see where he was broadcasting on Guard freqency to the SID. I knew we would get a little peek at what Sandy was thinking about that day

I had a few random questions my self including one that was just asnwered today before I could ask. 2021 Veterans Classic is on and Utah State and Richmond open for VaTech and Navy on Friday 12NOV. I know that is the weekend it has to happen, Too bad we don't have a home football game the next day but at least it is an off date for football.

main "Hey NF" -- we are still seeing some pretty big televised sporting events being called and commented on by on air talent that is working remotely from home .... we're not talking about Div III cornhole or axe throwing --- second round NBA playoffs, NCAA Suoer Regional baseball while the events are happening in front of nearly pacxked venues. Youi can fly anywhwere in the US now. Listening to them ends up being like our text convos on Mikes chat room. Delayed reactions (listen to the guys respond to dunks 1.5 seconds after you see them) and when stuff happens off camera they are just as clueless as the TV viewers. Some even joke about it when it becomes obvious they are as limited as the home viewers. At this point it has to be money ? or is there some vaccine hesitancy on the part of every single on air ESPN/TNT talking head? Are the networks going to see if they can save travel dollars this fall too? And I bet they are paying guys less to work from home too.

I say all that to ask the SID : are you getting credential requests for CBSSN on air staff for the4SEP game? Just saw the announcment for full capacity NMCMS for 2021 (for those that don't have their email address on file with all our AAC mates Houston/Tulsa/Memphis have sent those out recently too) but is the press box going to be full?

speaking of away games --- it might very well change by the time I hit "post" on this but NAAA is still waiting to get the high sign from Notre Dame before putting all the away tickets on sale. Evidently the State of Indiana is still not down with fully open.
